This is the perfect time to get the family together for an updated family portrait!

If you would like to participate in the Barnwell Elementary School PTO FUNDRAISER you are invited to register for a 10 minute mini-session on Saturday, September 28th or Sunday, September 29th. Simply click the link above and you will be prompted to select a time slot that is convenient for you as well as pay your $35 session fee to secure your time. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Barnwell PTO!  Availability is limited and these sessions will fill up quickly so secure your registration today!

REGISTER

• The $35 session fee reserves your session time.
• Let us know if you have any special requests, or if you are bringing any special items, or anything else you’d like us to know to make your family portrait day a success!
• When you sign up, you’ll choose your own session time and day.

MEETING LOCATION

• Portrait sessions will be held on the grounds of the beautiful Bulloch Hall in Historic Roswell located at 180 Bulloch Avenue, Roswell, GA 30075.
• Ample parking is available by the museum gift shop.
• Specific meeting location will be communicated to you in the confirmation email which will be sent out the week of the event.

CLOTHING

Helpful hints to consider when dressing for family portraits:

• • Classic is ALWAYS in style.  Our goal is to give you a timeless image that is treasured for generations to come. Choosing simple classic clothing will help your images be timeless!
  • SOLIDS are BEST… Limit patterns.  Lots of patterns are distracting.  You can add a solid jacket over a busy pattern.  Or just have one person in a patterned outfit- then use the colors in the pattern to dress the other family members.
  • Choose coordinating colors – not matching. Everyone wearing matching outfits can be ok… but can also look a little dated.  Instead, pick a couple of colors and choose clothes that will fit in this color scheme.

TIPS

• • Lay all the outfits together and see how they look.  If one piece stands out more than the rest, it will in the portrait too.
  • Coordinate the colors of your clothing to the decor of the room where the portraits will be displayed.
  • Get your outfits together now!  Don’t wait until the night before… outfits that you thought were clean and pressed may not be… or the kids may have GROWN!

ORDERING

• Access to your private online portrait gallery will be emailed to you within 7 business days of your session.
• A typical proof set has 10-15 images.
• Printed images and digital options are available.
• Share your gallery link with family and friends to show off your images!
• You have one week to make your selections.

Investment: Packages start at $150*.  A digital artist custom crops and enhances each image, and portraits are professionally printed on archival paper. Digital only options are available.

*If you are familiar with our school price menu and package, please be aware that this is a specialty session with a 5 image minimum purchase and package pricing starting at $150.

DELIVERY

• Portraits will be delivered via home shipping directly from the lab to ensure that your images arrive as quickly as possible and to minimize damaged images skipping the trip home in book bags.
• Orders will arrive to you 30 days after ordering closes, approximately November 11th.
• Home shipping is also available (this is great for out-of town grandparents who order!)
