  • Spring 2023 Sessions Are NON-SIGN UP

    • We will photograph all students
    • Corporate will send us a list of all of your students 
    • Directors will send contact info for any students enrolled after Feb 10
      • (Student First, Student Last, Classroom, Parent First, Parent Last, Email, Mobile)

  • Individual Portraits

    • Spring portraits are INDIVIDUAL only (Sibling portraits are reserved for Fall & Christmas sessions)

    • We will send marketing material to help prepare the schol and parents for an amazing experience:
      • Postcards & Posters
      • Informative email for directors to send to families
      • Webpage for each event 

  • LOGISTICS

    SESSION TIMING.  Generally, sessions are between the hours of 7am – noon (Please schedule exact times with your local SRP photographer).

    SESSION SCHEDULING. 

    • Please schedule approximately 40 children each day.
    • Please evenly distribute your morning nappers across all days.  

    We have found that when the youngest children are scheduled on the same day, it is impossible to get all the kids at their good awake time.  PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, sprinkle all the morning nappers across all of the session days!

     

    RUNNER.  Please schedule a runner to a group of 5 children at a time to the portrait location.

    • Because sessions take 2-5 minutes per student, we ask that the school only bring 5 children at a time.

     

    PICTURE DAY PLAN COMMUNICATION.  Please share picture day plans with teachers (THIS IS DIFFERENT from Fall) so they are prepared to have children ready at the appropriate times.

  • PRICING & COMMISSION

    • SRP will use our Campus Candids price list 
    • SRP franchise owners will pay 10% of gross sales, paid to each individual school by individual SRP franchise owners.
