What to do if a parent forgets their password

There is a “forgot my password” link on the login in screen that you can direct the customer to.  Sometimes this may not work.  Some servers don’t like the email that reminds you of your password and people will not receive it. Change their password to something simple like 1234 – and tell them you updated their password to 1234 and they can login and change it to whatever they want.

  1. Type customers name in EZGo. Select find by customer.
  2. Select customers order.
  3. Click “More”
  4. Select Change Password
  5. Send email to customer informing them of the change of password
