What to do if a parent forgets their password

There is a “forgot my password” link on the login in screen that you can direct the customer to.  Sometimes this may not work.  Some servers don’t like the email that reminds you of your password and people will not receive it. Change their password to something simple like 1234 – and tell them you updated their password to 1234 and they can login and change it to whatever they want.

  1. Go to customer screen
  2. Find the “change password” field (this will be blank)
  3. Enter in new password 
  4. Inform customer of their new password
