Items that require attention before sending to the lab
Items that require special attention will have a green or red box around them on the order page.
- RED BOX – these items have to be submitted through manual ROES
- Brag Book
- Gallery Wraps
- Painted Portraits
- GREEN BOX- these items will ordered through our lab integration (ORB), but require special handling
- Put into template – items like ornaments, coffee cups or tiles
- Wall Portraits
Brag Book
Brag books are NON-ORB exportable. You will see a red box around the images in the “Send to Lab” page. Here is how to order:
- Open Roes
- Select Assembled Albums
- Select the green arrow “Add Images”
- Choose images from the appropriate folder
- Select Luster Albums
- Select Delux Mini Luster Album, 5 page [10 sides]
- Click black arrow to turn the page on book. Rotate if necessary.
- Select image and drag to the page on the book. Be sure to keep 2 vertical images together and 2 horizontal images together.
- Continue to select, click and drag until all images are appropriately placed in the book.
- Select add to order. View cart to make sure images are correct.
- Place event and order number in “Internal Order ID”
- Fill in “Special Instructions” with appropriate information or just some kind and encouraging words.
- Click next
- Submit Order
- Print first page of receipt and place in folder
- Save PDF in appropriate folder

Ornaments
- Download template from dropbox.
- In photo shop, add image to template
- Save file
- Replace file on order with template file.

Wall Portraits
11×14 Wall portraits
- Check file for any retouching that is necessary (because these are going to be printed larger, we want to double check retouching)
- Replace file in gallery if you make any changes
16×20 Wall portraits
- Re-process the raw file, save without reducing the image size.
- The original file is 3,000 px and too small to print a 16×20 portrait
- Re-retouch the image making certain to edit with the large print in mind
- Replace file in gallery
Painted Portraits
- Re-process the raw file, save without reducing the image size.
- The original file is 3,000 px and too small to print a 16×20 portrait
- Send file to Cyndi Hornsby at c_hornsbystudio@bellsouth.net
- She will digitally paint the image and send back to you
- Then you will order the painted file as a gallery wrap.
