Melissa did an absolutely fantastic job of photographing the children at our center. These were studio portraits and not your typical school pictures. She took great time and care with each of our students; who all were extrememly comfortable with her from the babies to the five year olds. Melissa has a unique talent and I will be eternally grateful to her for capturing these children’s timeless images. She is truly an artist and I would recommend Melissa to anyone!

We had Melissa come to our preschool and take pictures, and it was a wonderful experience. Melissa is light-hearted and fun with a beautiful smile on her face always. She is gifted with the children, which showed when they warmed to her quickly. This photography session was the least stressful of my career!
And of course the pictures were beautiful. I had one mom call me when she viewed her proofs. She was crying because she said she had no idea that her children were so beautiful. I just really wanted to take some time to let you know what a wonderful job you did photographing Emily, Elizabeth, Charlie, and Patch. You were so genrous with your time and made sure you gave each of the kids their own “time to shine.” When the pictures came in, I was so taken with how rich the colors were. As a teacher at the preschool, I was able to see many of the orders, and they were all so breathtaking. Your work truly goes beyond what one would expect. I can almost “hear” my children in their pictures. — You did such a marvelous job capturing their personalities!!! My only regret was not ordering MORE!!! I just wanted to tell you how pleased I am with my portraits. I have three children and have had school/daycare pictures made before. These are not your ordinary school pictures, they are portraits.
