Our founder Melissa was working as an engineer for NASA’s International Space Station Program and creating custom family portraits on nights and weekends when her friend asked if she’d consider doing photos at her local preschool.

Melissa brought her interactive, custom portrait approach and the parents and kids absolutely loved the upscale, custom experience. Spoiled Rotten Photography was born!

Today, with 30 locations and counting, we offer a step above the classic school portraits with our network of local photographers who love working with children, believe in community, and are passionate about our work!
