April 22nd & 23rd

Preschool and Pre-ballet students should register on April 23rd before 4pm.

To keep sessions running smoothly and ensure every dancer has an opportunity for portraits, please limit costume changes to two outfits per dancer. This allows us to stay on schedule while still capturing a beautiful variety of images.

We recommend registering for 2 separate time slots at least 15 minutes apart in order to have time to change costumes. Thank you for helping us create a seamless and enjoyable portrait day for everyone!

Sign Up

  • This session is ELECTIVE – you will choose your preferred time when you sign up.
  • When choosing your time, please be mindful that portrait times are the afternoon before dress rehearsals this year.  Please limit costume changes to 2 per dancer.
  • Sibling portraits are allowed but please indicate that on the registration.
  • Preschool and Pre-ballet students should register on 4/23 before 4pm.

View and Order

  • View  and order your images in your private on-line gallery.
  • A typical proof set has 10-15 images.
  • You have one week to make your selections.
  • We’ll email you a private link and access code to view your portraits.
  • Prices start at $20 a unit (a unit can be 1- 8×10, 2-5x7s, 3- 4x6s or 8 wallets)

Digital images are also available.  A digital artist custom crops and enhances each image, and portraits are professionally printed on archival paper.

  • Digital files are also available as instant downloads immediately following your purchase.

DEPLOYED SPOUSE PROGRAM:  If you have a spouse deployed with the US Military, make note of this in the comments section when you order.  We’ll send a special gift to say “Thank you for your service!”
