Competition picture day is coming!! Spoiled Rotten Photography and Legacy Gymnastics are so excited to be partnering again to bring you another great experience! We LOVED how last went and we have made a few adjustmetns to make this year even better. We hope you will participate and give us a chance to WOW you with our process, quality and ease of ordering. Participation in your team portrait is MANDATORY! We are trying a new process for the whole team photo that will hopefully be more thoughtful of your time. A schedule is listed below of what time to have your gymanst at the gym. ALL gymnats are required to complete the registration process. Where: Legacy Gymnastics Party Room

Here’s How it works…

• Wear your team leotard
• Please arrive at your team’s scheduled time (see schedule posted below)
• Please arrive dressed with hair and makeup done
• You can wear your hair down

NOTE: While the group/team portraits are mandatory, the individuals are not mandatory. However, we would LOVE for everyone to have individual photos done. There is no session fee or obligation to purchase…and you have to be there anyway for the team photo! The samples shown are what the background will be this year…a blue that will complement the comp leos.

Team Schedule

Optionals 3:45-5:30

Homeschoolers…if possible, please arrive as close to 3:00 as you can! We understand that you have a mock meet, and we want to expedite this as much as we can in order to get you to the gym as quickly as possible. If you will be coming from school, please arrive ready as soon as you can. We do not want to cut into too much of your mock meet time.

Compulsory 5:30-6:30

X-cel 6:30-7:30

Ordering

• You will receive an email with a private link for viewing your proofs. You can forward this link and email to any other family members for ordering.
• All ordering and payment is done online through our easy ordering system

Investment:  8×10’s start at $25.  Packages start at $65 and are available with increasing discounts.  Digital images are also available.  A digital artist will custom crop and enhance each image, and portraits are professionally printed on archival paper.

Delivery

Portraits will be delivered to the gym for pick up.  We’ll send you an email when they are ready (within 4 weeks of ordering).  Home shipping is also available (this is great for out-of town grandparents who order!)
