Meet Shannon and Jim Shelton of Hillcrest Ave! I knew we’d be fast friends when walking up to this session! Shannon- sporting a tee shirt from the team of my husband, and Jim with my alma mater. Roll Eagle! House divided- just means more great SEC football! This fun couple was easy to capture their adventurous spirit and love for life!
How long have you lived in the Village of Providence? Since 2015
What is your favorite thing about living in the Village? Walking to several restaurants and shops plus having 3 hotels close is an added bonus for guests. Love the greenway trail plus the homes are different and unique.
Tell us about your family! We are a house divided Roll Tide and War Eagle. We lived in the Washington DC area for over 30 years.
How are y’all doing with social distancing? Cabin fever has certainly set in but we are keeping busy. During the week we are both working from home missing ours colleagues but staying safe. We walk everyday, sit on our front porch and chat with our neighbors, puzzles, paint by number and virtual movies and happy hour with our friends.
Tell us about what you like to do! Football in the Fall! We enjoy staying busy and do so by hiking, canoeing, curling, traveling, trivia at Moes every Tuesday (missing our Must Love Dog team) and wine tasting with the Downtown Huntsville Wine Society.
