Can I order on my phone?

You bet!  Our new mobile ordering system is easier than ever.  Just tap on an image, tell us how you’d like it printed, and add it to your cart.  Create your own packages with multiple images to save even more.

Do you sell digital images?

Yes! You’ll be able to download them immediately after purchase.  We will also send you an email receipt with a link to your images and a copyright release.  You’ll be able to print them anywhere you like as often as you like!

Do you offer home shipping?

Yes, absolutely!  We are happy to mail your order directly to your home.  Sending portraits as a gift?  We’re happy to mail those, too!

Do you touch up blemishes?

Yes, and it’s included for free! Please leave a comment on your order for each image you’d like touched up and we’ll take care of it!

I missed the deadline. Can I still place an order?

Yes!  You’re still able to order (with home shipping).  We bundle all the orders placed before the school deadline into one batch for our printing lab.  If you miss that batch, you can still order and have prints delivered to your home.

Can I share these portraits with grandparents?

Yes! Simply forward the email we sent you.  They can place their own order, using their own email and we are happy to mail prints to their home.  They can contact us directly if they have any questions about ordering.

Can I combine images of my 3 children in one order?

Yes, you can! When viewing a gallery, open the menu at the top of your screen. Tap on the big + icon and enter the access codes for your other children. Access codes are 6 characters (numbers and letters) and are listed at the bottom of each email.

I downloaded the images to my phone and now I can’t find them!

No worries, here’s where they are:


How do I order?

  • First, tap on the big X to stop the slideshow
  • tap on any image you’d like to order,
  • tap on the shopping cart icon below the image,
  • tap on the menu item of your choice
  • make sure you select a print size tap the ADD TO CART button
  • tap on Check Out, and create a log-in and password
  • Complete the check-out process and you are done.

*If you order digital images, you will have a download button for each one on the final page.

Can I order after the deadline?

Absolutely!  We send all on-time orders in a single batch to our printing lab.  Even if you miss the batch and free school delivery, you can place a late order with home shipping!

Late ordering is available for a few weeks after the original deadline.  Once ordering closes, please reach out to your local team to see if ordering is still possible.

We LOVE our customers, and we LOVE making your kiddos laugh!  As a way to express our gratitude, we give you a small shareable image file of every image you purchase.  You’ll see a small Fb button on your final receipt page, just after check-out.  Click on it to share your sweet images on Facebook!
